Environment you work in:
The environment you work in changes your hole personality, it can change wether you work well or not at all. There was several psychologist such as freud, Pavlov ect. that experimented with this testing people and how they interact there results where the more confutable a person is the better they would respond to tasks.
Large organizations such as google thought of this and made sure there work space was a safe inmoriment for there staff to work in and by doing so get the best results in there area of work.
